Abstract Submission
- Submission of abstracts for the 2024 conference opens on April 04 at 1:01 AM and ends on May 08 at 11:59 PM. Abstract submission will be available at http://www.tsos.co.in from April 04.
- In line with the current trends you will have access to our website and email IDs to have clarifications regarding registrations, scientific programmes, accomodation, tours and any other queries related to conference.
- We, on behalf of Telangana Ophthalmological Society Warangal Chapter cordially welcome you all to participate in the conference. We eagerly look forward to your participation with your family and make it a big success.
Abstracts will be accepted for the following categories
- N Subramanya Reddy Free Paper Session (Competitive) for postgraduate students who are members-in-waiting (postgraduate students can apply for membership and submit the abstract). Each presentation will be for 6 minutes, followed by discussion for 2 minutes.
- VV Ramana Rao Grand Rounds Case Presentation (Competition) for ratified members of TOS. Each presentation will be for 4 minutes, followed by discussion for 2 minutes.
- P Ramchander Free Paper Session (Competitive) for ratified members of TOS. Each presentation will be for 6 minutes, followed by discussion for 2 minutes.
- TOS Non - competitive Free Paper Session for ratified or non-ratified members and postgraduate members-in-waiting (postgraduate student, fellows and qualified ophthalmologists and allied specialists can apply for membership and submit the abstract). Each presentation will be for 6 minutes.
- Swarup Video Session (Competitive) for ratified members of TOS. The duration of video film should be limited to 8 minutes, followed by discussion for 2 minutes.
- Manoj Mathur ePosters Session (Competitive) for ratified members of TOS. ePoster specifications will be communicated by May 1.
- Instruction Course (Chief Instructor should be a ratified member of TOS). The duration of each instruction course will be 60 minutes.
- Video - assisted Skills Transfer Session (Chief Instructor should be a ratified member of TOS). The duration of each skills transfer course will be 8 minutes.
GVBK Gangadhar Reddy Quiz for Postgraduate Students
- Quiz entry is open to postgraduate students who are members-in-waiting.
- Each team will have three members.
- There can be multiple teams from each medical college or a DNB institute.
- If there are more than 4 teams, an elimination round will be held to select the finalists 5. Please email your entries to tos.scientific@gmail.com by May 15, 2024 deadline.
